Cancellation Policies

BecoStay allows hosts to choose among three standardized cancellation policies (Flexible, Moderate, and Strict) that we will enforce to protect both guest and host alike. Each listing and reservation on our site will clearly state the cancellation policy.

  • Cleaning fees are always refunded to the guest if he did not check in.
  • If the guest cancels the booking in time and gets 100% refund, the BecoStay service fee and host fee won’t apply.
  • If the guest cancels the booking and gets a 50% refund or no refund, the BecoStay service fee and host fee will apply.

Flexible:

If you cancel:
  • More than 30 days before the check-in date, get 100% refund;
  • Between 30 & 14 days before the check-in date, get a 50% refund;
  • Within 14 days before the check-in date, there will be no refund.

Moderate:

If you cancel:
  • More than 60 days before the check-in date, get 100% refund;
  • Between 30 & 60 days before the check-in date, get a 50% refund;
  • Within 30 days before the check-in, there will be no refund.

Strict:

No refund for any booking.
